Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Welcoming the guests in the national capital city of India, Delhi, the representative from GeTS Holidays, will take care of all your concerns in the foreign land.  As planned under your Ladakh tours you will be then transferred to the hotel booked previously for an overnight stay.  Guests will then retire to their rooms for a comfortable nap a few hours before commencing their tour to Ladakh.

Day 02: Delhi - Ladakh
This morning starting afresh with a healthy meal in the hotel guests will gear up for a quick tour of the base city of this Ladakh Tours.  Commencing first with the visit to the tallest of ancient edifices in the city, Qutub Minar guests then head to a beautiful lotus shaped white temple known as Lotus Temple.  The city tour then will take guests to a visit to the major highlights of Lutyen’s Delhi including a drive past President’s House and concluding with a visit to India Gate built to commemorate the death of thousands of soldiers who lost their lived during First World War. 

Day 03: At Ladakh
On the very first day of your Ladakh travel you will get a glimpse of the beauteous environs of the land embellished with two of the world’s mightiest mountain ranges- the Himalayas and the Karakoram.  First guests will be served a healthy and nutritious meal in the morning and the very soothing winds of the region will chase down all the fatigue guests will then take time out to get acclimatized to the environment. 

Post lunch guests will proceed for a visit to Buddhist sites in Ladakh and will first visit Alchi and Phayang monasteries one of the famous ones in the region.  One can also explore the various possibilities of learning the culture and lifestyle of the region by paying a visit to Alchi Village.  Return to the hotel thereafter for overnight stay.

Day 04: At Ladakh
Relish a sumptuous meal in the morning and then proceed for your well organized Ladakh tour.   Continuing with your tour to Buddhist sites in Ladakh you will be moving on this day towards Hemis monastery.  Hemis monastery is known as the most wealthy and largest of all monasteries in Ladakh.  To experience the culture and life at Ladakh from close quarter guests will be taken to Tibetan Handicraft Centre where they can explore the art of creating exquisite handicrafts.  Also visit the fabulous Thiksey monastery, Stok monastery and palace and Shey monastery and palace.  After enjoying an eventful day guests will retreat to their hotel and will call it a night. 

Day 05: At Ladakh
A fresh start to your day at Ladakh will be complimented by the freshly prepared meal including some of the famous Ladakh delicacies as per guest’s preference.  Buddhism is all pervasive in Ladakh resulting into the presence of numerous abodes of tranquillity and serenity in the form of these monasteries.  This day will bring another visit to some famous Buddhist monasteries such as Rizong, Rangdum and Phugtal monasteries. 

The evening on this day of your Ladakh tour will be attributed to a leisurely walk through the bazaar from where one can pick various beautiful Ladakh handicrafts as mementos from the land of peace. 

Day 06: At Ladakh
Your Ladakh Buddhist sites travel will continue on this day as well.  Guests will first savour a delectable meal in the morning and then will continue with their sightseeing tour of the region.  Guests on this day will first visit Likir and Sankar monasteries and will then pay a visit to the famous Buddhist monument, Shanti Stupa which is renowned for its soothing ambiance.  Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Ladakh - Delhi

On the last day of Ladakh tours guests will be served a delicious meal in the morning and will continue with an enlightening experience by visiting Diskit and Hundur monasteries.  Post lunch they will be escorted to the airport where they will board the flight to the national capital once again.  Our representative from GeTS Holidays will make all the arrangements for guest’s convenience.  Guests will then board their connecting flight back to their hometown with most tranquilizing memoirs of their Ladakh tour in India.
