Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai
The Best of Shirdi Tour is a short plan for a sojourn to the shrine of Shri Sathya Sai Baba.  Shirdi is renowned for being the place where Sai Baba had first appeared under a neem tree engaged in hard penance.  The journey to this holy place is a dream come true for all Baba’s followers. 

First on arrival in the City of Dreams, Mumbai, guests will be welcomed at the airport by our representative.  This fascinating Shirdi tour is then planned for a short drive to the close situated hotel booked for the guests where they will be transferred most comfortably for a night’s stay. 

Day 02: Mumbai Sightseeing
In Mumbai your day will begin with a refreshing meal, as per your preference, after which a city tour will be scheduled.  Guests will be traversing through some of the historic, recreational and holy sights of the city which is home to Bollywood.  Basking in the effervescent spirit of the capital of Maharashtra, guests will begin their sojourn with a drive to Gateway of India, located on the waterfront in South Mumbai.  From here cruise to exquisite Elephanta Caves enjoying the ride of motorboats.  While on this Best of Shirdi Tour guests will be able to explore, the fabulous caves of Elephanta and view the spectacular presentation of 9 superbly sculptured panels on the walls. 

As planned under their Mumbai travel guests will return to Gateway of India to relish a delectable meal in one of the plush restaurants in Mumbai.  The rest of the day will bring visit to other fabulous sites in the city.  First visit the heaven for art lovers- Prince of Wales Museum, which will be followed by a drive past fabulous promenade- Marine Drive.  Later also visit the famous Jain Temple in Mumbai and conclude this day’s trip with a leisurely walk in the verdant Hanging Gardens.

Day 03: Mumbai - Shirdi (296 km) 
Post breakfast on this day of Best of Shirdi Tour guests will begin their holy journey to the shrine of Sai Baba.  It will take around 6 hours to reach the home of Baba and thus after this tiring journey guests will get transferred to their hotel booked by our tour operator in Mumbai. Thereafter in the evening guests will visit the temple of Sai Baba and will experience the tranquillity, natural to this abode of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.  The mystical town of Shirdi is a renowned holy city known for being the place where Saint Sai Baba had lived here for eight years.  Thronged by numerous pilgrims the Sai shrine is visited by people of all beliefs and religion.  Thus guests will spend a long time in this mystical environment.

The rest of the day at Shirdi will be free for relaxation

Day 04: Shirdi
Continuing this spiritual tour in Maharashtra guests will be taken for another excursion post breakfast to Shanishinganapur.  The personification of planet Saturn- Sri Shaneshwara or Shanidev is known to be the presiding deity of the region thus is worshipped with utmost devotion by people coming from round the world.  A black structure inside the temple is worshipped as a symbol of divine presence.  After paying a homage to the residing deity of Mumbai, guests will enjoy the rest of the day in the temple area and around nearby shopping areas, strolling and looking for some souvenirs. Return to the hotel for night stay. 

Day 05: Shirdi - Mumbai - Departure
The last day of your Best of Shirdi Tour will begin with a delectable meal served in the hotel itself.  Thereafter guests will gear up for another journey back to Mumbai, where they will be transferred to the airport.  At Mumbai International Airport, guests will encounter our representative who will make all the pre arrangements for their comfortable connecting journey back home.
